I had a large tree (by my standards) in great danger of coming down on parked cars during a storm. Though telling me they were not tree surgeons, he would come and look to see if he could do anything to help. Within 5 hours of making the call the tree had been trimmed to reduce its weight and  redistribute it more evenly. I am delighted with the response i got as i ruined his sunday lunch. And 1 year later the tree is doing very well and no longer a danger.
